Fiber turntable filter works

The fiber turntable filter is composed of a central drum, a turntable, a backwashing system and an auxiliary control electrical system. The turntable is fixed around the center drum and has a communication hole with the center drum. The raw water (sewage) flows into the drum from one end of the central drum, and enters each turntable through the communication hole. The filter cloth is woven on both sides of the turntable, and the filter cloth is woven by stainless steel wire or polyester yarn. 10 μm. After the raw water is filtered through the filter cloth, the clean water flows out of the filter cloth and is discharged from the filtered water outlet to the outside of the system. As the filtration proceeds, the trapped impurities on the inside of the filter cloth increase, the filtration pressure difference increases, and the amount of water permeating the filter cloth decreases. When the impurities accumulate to a certain extent, the center drum level reaches the set value, and backwashing is required to backwash the impurities accumulated inside the filter cloth. The backwashing pump draws the clean water passing through the filter cloth and sprays it on the outside of the filter cloth to wash off the trapped impurities inside the filter cloth. After flushing, the sewage falls into the liquid pan and then drains out of the device. When the backwash is rotated, the backwashing water sprays the filter cloth of different angles until the turntable rotates for one week, the filter cloth is all washed, the backwash is stopped, and the static filtering process is re-entered until the backwashing is performed again.
The fiber turntable filter adopts imported high-efficiency filter cloth as the filter medium. The filter cloth is woven by special latitude and longitude wire, which has the characteristics of high precision, high flux, high strength and strong slag slag. The filtration precision can reach up to 10um, and the flux per unit area reaches 76L/s·m2 (@300mm hydrostatic head), which can withstand the pressure of 7.5bar backwashing water, effectively improving the backwashing effect. As the filtration proceeds, the trapped impurities on the inside of the filter cloth increase, the filtration pressure difference increases, and the amount of water permeating the filter cloth decreases. When the impurities are accumulated to a certain extent, the liquid level of the center drum reaches the set value, and backwashing is required. The impurities on the inside of the filter cloth are stacked and the impurities of the press machine of the crimping machine are backwashed. The backwashing pump draws the clean water passing through the filter cloth and sprays it on the outside of the filter cloth to wash off the trapped impurities inside the filter cloth. After flushing, the sewage falls into the liquid pan and then drains out of the device. When the backwash is rotated, the backwashing water sprays the filter cloth of different angles until the turntable rotates for one week, the filter cloth is all washed, the backwash is stopped, and the static filtering process is re-entered until the backwashing is performed again.
The raw water enters the center drum from the central water inlet pipe, and enters the filter disk fixed around the rotating drum through the cloth water hole of the center drum. The filter cloth is woven on both sides of the filter plate by stainless steel wire or polyester yarn. After the raw water is filtered through the filter cloth, the clean water flows out of the filter tray, and the system is discharged from the water outlet. As the filtration continues, the impurities trapped inside the filter cloth increase continuously, the water flowing out of the filter disc gradually decreases, and the water level in the disc rises continuously. When the liquid level in the filter disc reaches the set value, the drum starts to rotate. The high-pressure water provided by the backwashing device automatically flushes the surface of the filter disc, and the impurities fall into the dirt collecting tank fixed inside the filter, and enter the drain pipe for efflux. As the flushing continues, the water level in the pan continues to drop. When the set liquid level value is reached, the backwashing stops automatically, the drum stops rotating, and the system re-enters the static filtering process.
The backwashing stage does not affect the operation of the device, and the filter operates in the form of continuous water inflow, staged backwashing, and continuous water discharge.
